These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Crea ("the Service", "we", "us"), a software platform for contractors to create estimates, send invoices, receive payments, and use AI-assisted tools. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Crea provides tools to manage clients, estimates, invoices, and payments, plus an AI assistant that suggests material lists and cost breakdowns. The Service is provided for business use by contractors and trades professionals.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Crea integrates with Stripe so that your clients can pay your invoices directly into your own Stripe account. Those payments are transactions between you and your client — Crea is not a party to them, takes no commission on them, and is not responsible for your work, your client relationships, refunds you owe your clients, or your tax obligations. Stripe's own terms apply to your Stripe account.
AI-generated material lists, quantities, prices, and labor figures are suggestions only. They may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying every figure before relying on it or sending it to a client. AI usage is subject to fair-use limits.
You own the business data you enter (clients, estimates, invoices, payments). You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process it in order to operate the Service. See our Privacy Policy.
You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, to infringe others' rights, to attempt to breach security or access other users' data, or to resell the Service without our permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
We may update these Terms. If changes are material we will notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Debes tener al menos 18 años y proporcionar información veraz. Eres responsable de proteger tus credenciales y de toda actividad en tu cuenta.
Crea se integra con Stripe para que tus clientes paguen tus facturas directamente a tu propia cuenta de Stripe. Esos pagos son transacciones entre tú y tu cliente — Crea no es parte de ellas, no cobra comisión sobre ellas y no es responsable de tu trabajo, tu relación con tus clientes, los reembolsos que debas a tus clientes ni tus obligaciones fiscales. Tu cuenta de Stripe se rige por los términos de Stripe.
Las listas de materiales, cantidades, precios y estimaciones de mano de obra generadas por IA son solo sugerencias. Pueden estar incompletas o ser inexactas. Eres responsable de verificar cada cifra antes de usarla o enviarla a un cliente. El uso de la IA está sujeto a límites de uso razonable.
Los datos de negocio que ingresas (clientes, estimados, facturas, cobros) son tuyos. Nos otorgas los derechos limitados necesarios para almacenarlos y procesarlos con el fin de operar el Servicio. Consulta nuestra Política de Privacidad.
No puedes usar el Servicio para actividades ilegales, infringir derechos de terceros, intentar vulnerar la seguridad o acceder a datos de otros usuarios, ni revender el Servicio sin nuestro permiso.
El Servicio se ofrece "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad". Trabajamos para mantenerlo estable, pero no garantizamos operación ininterrumpida ni libre de errores. En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, rechazamos toda garantía expresa o implícita.
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, nuestra responsabilidad total por cualquier reclamo relacionado con el Servicio se limita a las cuotas de suscripción que pagaste en los 12 meses previos al reclamo. No somos responsables de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes, incluidas pérdidas de ganancias o de negocio.
Puedes dejar de usar el Servicio cuando quieras. Podemos suspender o cerrar cuentas que violen estos Términos. Tras la terminación puedes solicitar una exportación de tus datos dentro de 30 días.
Podemos actualizar estos Términos. Si los cambios son significativos, te avisaremos en la app o por correo. Seguir usando el Servicio tras la entrada en vigor implica aceptación.
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Florida, EE. UU., sin considerar normas de conflicto de leyes.
